Xero Associates Inc. is an Illinois-based consulting firm that created Preventing Problems by Promoting Positive Practices (P5), a curriculum based on scientific research and best practices from education and law enforcement working to foster collaboration between SROs and school personnel. Xero Associates’ goals with the P5 program are to enable the development of comprehensive action plans to enhance school environments, address safety and discipline, build positive relationships with students, encourage youth engagement in resolving school climate issues, and prevent crimes.
