Agency Training and Administration
Through our Agency Administrator and Report Viewer partnerships, we provide access to training management tools like group account creation and course enrollment, custom reporting services, and more.
Public safety leaders can train an unlimited number of people on core concepts and contemporary policing issues, simultaneously, with minimal disruption to scheduling and other daily commitments.
Contact Us if your agency is interested in exploring an Agency Administrator or Report Viewer partnership.
Instructional Content Resources
Portal courses and resources may be used as supplemental instructional material in a live training setting.
An instructor looking for presentation content may access a module or a specific video or activity within a course, and use it in a rollcall or in-service training.
An academy director or agency executive may direct some or all officers to complete a course or series of courses to fulfill an unmet training need. They may then conduct offline facilitated discussions around the training.
Individual Officer Training
Individual officers can and many do, use the eLearning catalog to help maintain certification requirements and meet annual training mandates, or simply as their own professional development to improve effectiveness. They can start, stop and resume Portal courses from any device, based on the demands of their day.
POST Partnerships
POST organizations and other accrediting bodies throughout the nation review and approve Portal courses, and in some cases, establish data sharing protocols with our team to streamline their workflow to allow for in-service/career development credits at the state level.
Visit the State Approvals page to view current POST partnerships and course approvals.

Community Engagement
All courses and resources in the Portal are open to anyone and everyone. They can be used as presentation content for community meetings, or to facilitate dialogue on specific topics.
To help with this, agencies can collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to engage in the same Portal eLearning that their officers are completing, then engage in conversations around the things they’ve learned.
